The State Medial Board of Ohio posted the list of newly licensed medical massage therapists.

 

July 16, 2007

Received the following notification from the State Medical Board of Ohio:

 

Dear Mr. Brian Buttrey:

 

We are pleased to inform you that as a result of the June 19, 2007 Massage Therapy examination before the State Medical Board, the President and Secretary have been authorized to issue a license to practice Massage Therapy.

 

Your license number is 33-016108 issued on July 13, 2007.

 

July 22, 2007

Met with Patrick Londergan, Jennifer Price and Stephanie Suriano to initiate talks on opening an office together.

 

July 29, 2007

Selected a location for our practice. Began negotiations on 10552 Success Lane, Suite, D, Centerville, OH 45458.

 

August 3, 2007

Received the lease contract for 10552 Success Lane, Suite, D, Centerville, OH 45458. Our anticipated opening date is September 1, 2007, with an Open House to be scheduled prior to opening.

 

August 4, 2007

My partners and I have initiated plans to open the Success Lane Massage Center.

 

August 23, 2007

My partners and I are scheduled to open the Success Lane Massage Center on September 1, 2007.

 

September 9, 2007

Due to construction delays, the Success Lane Massage Center is now scheduled to open on Sept 18, 2007.

 

February 2, 2008

Effective March 1, 2008 my office hours will change. My new hours on Tue-Thr will be 4 PM until 10 PM. All other hours stay the same.
